Workshop - Expressing Desire

If desire is the fire, boundaries are the hearthstone. Being able to claim the enlivening fire of our desires is just as important as being clear and solid in the boundaries of what we want and don't want. If we want our desires fulfilled, we need the practical skills to courageously express both our glowing desires and clear boundaries, and to be able to gracefully receive authentic Yeses and Nos. Join Jenna for an experiential, playful and practical exploration of your authentic yes and no and boldly expressing your desires, fears and boundaries in clear, consensual, open ways. And be prepared to stoke each other's fires!
