What is Relationship Coaching?

Together, we’ll explore habitual patterns, understand emotional triggers, and build clear, compassionate communication skills to foster relationships that feel healthy, open, and fulfilling.

What You Can Expect
My approach is rooted in Nonviolent Communication (NVC), resonant empathy, and somatic attunement, combined with tools for self-awareness and practical strategies for creating new habits. Sessions include guided practices and tailored home exercises to help you integrate learnings and shift disconnection into deeper trust, softness, and connection.
Through consistent application of home practices and our work together, you can move from a place of hurt, withdrawal, or disconnection to a renewed sense of closeness, understanding, and shared joy
In our sessions, you’ll be guided to:

Commitment to Growth
To create meaningful change, I encourage clients to commit to a series of sessions, held weekly or bi-weekly, and to integrate home practices between sessions. The more fully you engage, the more powerful the transformation. Depending on the level of reactivity or unique circumstances, additional sessions or individual coaching may be recommended.
It’s important to note that Relationship Coaching is not therapy or a replacement for traditional therapy—it’s a focused, proactive process for improving connection and communication.
